We do not claim to have state of art infrastructure, but we have the will and drive to produce reasonablly good quality procucts at most effective prices. We are in the field for the last 20 years and have a vast experience of developing dies and producing sound casting with application in various fields.

We have good tool room machines(Kirloskar Lathes, HMT Milling, Electonica EDM, etc.) to produce accurate and trouble free dies.

Die casting section consists of PTC 80T Cold Chamber Pressure Die Casting Machines for aluminium and zinc castings and Hot Chamber Pressure Die Casting Machines for small zinc castings.

Raw Materials are sourced from established manufacturers and each consignment is accomanied by material Test Report by Spectrometer.

Inspection consists of measurement of critical sizes in every lot either by means of measuring instruments or by special gauges. Skin machining and sectioning is done to evaluate internal porosity. 100% visual inspection for any casting defects.

Machining, Sand Blasting, Polishing, Powder Coating and Electroplating of castings are undertaken to make the component ready to use.

Small subassemblies using sheet metal, plastic or other components, along with casting can also be produced.

Special Purpose Machines(SPMs) can be sourced for high volume, high precision, machining jobs.
